1515 Series by French Master Knife Maker, Manu La Place. He has been manufacturing folding knives of timeless beauty and uncompromising functionality for five generations in his forge in Thiers, France. The origin of the name dates back to 1515 when the battle of Frances's King Francis I of Marignan was won.
This Series of knives consists of four knives: Cape Buffalo, Elephant, Leopard, Lion, four watchful eyes. On the right side you will find the extremely realistic gaze of an animal, painted in oil. On the reverse side the animals are found in their habitat; each composition fits perfectly with the contours of Manu's knife. The Steel Spacer has Manu La Place's hand engraved signature. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a soft leather pouch in a nice cardboard box. These entirely handmade knives are exquisite.
